The staff was attentive and proactive. They quickly addressed all requests. i found the location convenient to several attractions! the provided shuttle service to major malls and the beach was particularly useful.

some areas of the hotel felt a bit dated, though this did not significantly detract from the overall positive experience.

helpful staff convenient location shuttle service

i found the staff very cute and helpful throughout my stay. the hotel's location made it easy to access nearby attractions and restaurants. a shuttle service to local malls and the beach was a convenient amenity.

the hot and cold water in the shower fluctuated a lot, so it was hard to get a consistent temperature. showering wasn't a very pleasant experience because of this irregular water flow.

the breakfast buffet included a wide variety of choices. the staff members were attentive. hasan at the front desk offered helpful advice and arranged transportation for visiting wildlife sites. the location is great with many dining options.

The receptionist did not seem very cute! it felt as if she was doing me a favor by checking me in. i requested rooms together, but the hotel did not accommodate it. the view from the room was bad. It was just a concrete beam of the lobby.
